I was so nervous I had to read the letter a few times before I understood that I wasnt fucked. Opposing counsel mentioned the bad case we cited in a paragraph, and when I saw it I thought I was fucked, but he clearly didn't take the time to read the case, bc he attacked it on some other minor point.
