for us to analyze what happened from a bird's-eye view, the angle of the wheels was important because it suggests, if not outright proves, that her intent was to pass to the right of the officer.
so in the end you have utter recklessness and foolishness by the two women, creating a reasonable belief in the cop that he was being attacked by a deadly weapon.
