I'm on a strict veggies/fruit/lean meats diet for all of 4 days now. It is hard as fuck. I used to eat fast food 1-2 times a day.

I'm gonna do it for the rest of Feb. and then reassess.

What exercises(w/o a gym) do I need to add in?

I'm 5'8'' 191. I need to see measurable results by end of month or I will be depressed.

Dude forget diets. You literally just need to run, almost daily a few miles a day for about 6-8 weeks, in the street or in a gym. You could probably even eat whatever you want as long as you keep it to about 2000 cal. daily. So yes, you should kinda sorta count-but no need to obsess.

yes, but do interval running. jog for a minute, then sprint as fast as you can for 10 seconds, repeat for 30 mins. also do some weight training every other day, like pushups and free weights (buy a pair of 25 lb. weights). finally, do little things, like walk to places and take the stairs whenever possible. if you get hungry, snack on baby carrots or celery or something healthy instead of junkfood. but treat yourself at least once a week. also, cut out alcohol for a month, if possible
