I'd stuff enough slammers in my pockets so that my pants would start to slide down and then I'd slink off. Once, I got caught by a "school teacher" who said that she saw me across the way just stuffing merchandise in my pants. It was true. I remember I thought to myself, this vendor will go easy on me if he thinks that I'm just a klepto, so I tried to play that up. Seems like it worked. Mall security just escorted me to my parents and gave them a stern lecture/told them I wasn't allowed to wander the mall without supervision. |
