Not really. If you buy a .357 magnum revolver or, even better, a 12 gauge shotgun (VERY IMPORTANT: that you load with slugs), you can almost surely (>99% chance) succeed if you put the barrel in your mouth and tilt it backward slightly to do maximum damage to the brain stem and to compensate in case you jerk forward.
