It probably feels like the world's closing in on you and no doubt youre getting interview requests from all kinds of big media these days. This isn't another one of those requests. It's an invitation.

I write to tell you about a place called autoadmit.com. It's an online community, I guess you could call it. It's an online home. And I want to invite you in for awhile, away from those bright lights and microphones. You've probably seen us in google and you may have wondered what we are all about.

We are the one place on the internet that smart, educated young people can share their secrets. Can say anything. Can live without fear. It's a place we can tell the truth. Isnt that what home should be? Of course, for so many of us, home was where we were told that sex was shameful, that our bodies belonged to the powerful. That we should lie, or at least keep quiet. Not at autoadmit. We made this new place our home because here we can tell the truth. Come talk with us. Share your thoughts, your views, your secrets. Share what enrages you, what makes you feel proud, what you makes you feel alone and what makes you feel supported. Find your family here.

We are thousands of posters, all of us educated, all of us opinionated, all of us ready to click a new thread and learn from a new perspective.

I could go on and on. But let me tell you how I first found this light in the darkness, how I first found this little inn at the end of a long weary road.
