i'd still take law
med school is too hard, i'd never make it through
if the question was would you rather be a regular doctor or biglaw lawyer, i'd pick doctor in a heartbeat

T6 law school. unless i completely fuck up, i'm making $150K+ for years before i even turn 30. even if i get chased out of biglaw fast, i take midlaw or a corporate job and work easier hours for plenty of money.
doctors don't start making real money until well into their 30s, and if they want to get set up for later, they'll work just as hard as biglaw drones, if not harder. they have twice as much debt and their school is 10X as hard. law school is a joke and three year vacation - i work hard three weeks out of the semester, stay drunk and travel the rest of the time. and in the near future, MDs are going to get obama-pwned and their salaries will scale down.
by 40 i'll be working around 45 hours a week in second tier law somewhere, and i will have been making good money for 15 years. at 40, doctors will still be working brute hours, only 6-7 years out of residency (usually) and still paying down debt.
i couldn't give less of a fuck about lay prestige - the docs can have that. i'll also sit in a comfortable office and dick around on the internet all day. 90% of doctors are working in shitty hospitals or private practices where they're on their feet a lot and dealing with sick and disgusting people.

The question was about T14, not T6. Even then, law career involves much more risk. If you strike out at OCI or get laid off, there is no way you ever get BL. In this case it's also unlikely you will get midlaw or any good inhouse gig. There are CLS and NYU grads - biglaw dropouts doing doc review for years. Doctors on the other hand, even the ones who went to some 4th tier school, are virtually guaranteed good jobs.
It comes down to personal choice in the end. I would hate all science classes and dealing with sick people - and no degree of job security would convince me to become a doctor.
