The talent here is not great for a single guy. First off the locals are very polite but they aren't actually going to invite you into their social circle. So you're basically looking for women that have moved here and there are lots of transplants in general. However, they move here and it's cold and rainy 9 months a year so they hide under coats and sweaters. There is a lot of outdoors-y stuff to do but most of it is hiking etc. These are not events where women have to go all out to look attractive. Instead they elect not to get in shape for the summer months and rather hide under rain coats. Repeat this for a couple years and it's not a pretty picture. Plus in general with these shitlibs here it's like the women are competing to see who can wear the least attractive outfits. Just awful. I'm happily married for 20+ years so I'm not the best authority but I'm always astounded at the talent in other cities, particularly where it's warm most of the year. Good luck. |
