Got into really good shape for kicks and just suddenly wanted to be social and enjoyed being around people. Then fell into it again from maybe 25 to 29. Same thing. I feel fairly positive about life and I'm social etc despite going to through a difficult period. Just separated from wife and the pain sucks but it's not that don't give a fuck about anything no feelings blackmore. Makes me nervous I'll fall back in again.
So yeah in short I don't really have any tips. I'll say that both times I broke out of it I got in good physical shape but I feel like that's more correlated to feeling something about life again rather than causal. But it can be a snowball effect where they feed off each other I think. |
