Also, you might want a First Amendment refresher course- anonymous speech IS a constitutional right, as stated in many, many political campaigning SCOTUS cases. Maybe I'll post them later, but really, as a "lawyer," you should know this already.

The only part of your post that is correct is the statement that online identities receive no special deferrence. This is true. Online monikers get the same protections as "in real life" speech, which would be protected in this case because (a) it only expresses an opinion and (b) no untruths were stated and (c) it's obvious satire/sarcasm and (d) she can't prove any damages anyway, as there is nothing to substantiate the loss of employment claim, and the standards for actionable IIED claims are far, far too high for any lawsuit related to this board to surive a 12b6.
