My employment discrim prof actually spent a good amount of time discussing how this case could potentially answer a lot of questions. It probably hasn't, but the strong-basis-in-evidence standard will certainly put this hold in the casebook for at least a page or 2. It may even land in ConLaw casebooks discussing Reverse Discrimination issues outside of EQP. |
