Also have been doing well on the practice questions (11-13 out of 18). However, I haven't touched the CMR book. So I have two questions:
1) Is reading the CMR helpful, or should I continue memorizing the lecture outlines? I do reread the material for the questions I get wrong...
2) How important are the NY Distinctions for the essays? |

also, you don't need to memorize all that information. just remember the rules and the important stuff. |

For the MBE, there are nitpicky rules that are in the CMR but not the lecture outlines. You can probably get a good enough MBE with just lecture notes, BUT it doesnt take that long to read through the CMR for the MBE subjects. You should spend a weekend and do all six. Some details will stick and you may remember on the MBE.
For the essays I think lectures are enough since it's about knowing the important rules and knowing them well.
I'm also gonna read CMR for Wills and Domestic relations because there will be essay questions. |
