Date: July 2nd, 2009 7:19 PM Author: Big Half-breed Church Building i'm not gloating, i'm asking if, relative to all the other subjects, conlaw actually is a joke--something you need to skim only as far as multiple choice questions are concerned. i've posted nothing on torts/property/etc b/c those are legitimately hard subjects for which you have to outline, memorize, etc.

Most of the ones I have gotten wrong are on First Amendment issues where I had it down to 2 choices and couldn't remember which rule or exception applied.
