Finally prepared for one class, Earl chokes on the exam...

anyhow I found myself running out of time on a test that was not that long. I dont think I failed, but I didn't do as well as I should have.

Date: December 13th, 2004 6:59 PM Author: Aromatic crackhouse son of senegal I am not sure - I think IF they sold control then revlon kicks in (no discrimination unless it will help your shareholders bottom line). however it was up in the air if they were going to sell controll (ala paramount v. time) so it was confusing which standard to apply to what defense.
also there was a complex math problem with preferred stock conversion that took me twice as long as I should have, because I second guessed what number to use 10 times. I think I got that one right though. |
