Got one that requires top 25%, is it realistic to think I could get them to relax the condition to top half or is that just not done?

EVERYTHING is negotiable, depending on how good you are at negotiating.

Thank you, I realize there are no clear rules on this, just wondering if it is retarded to even ask. Going to this school is not feasible without some reasonable assurance of maintaining this scholy (currently 0L).

What leverage/bargaining power would you have if you weren't in the top 25%?

EDIT: Sorry misunderstood. Yeah I don't see the harm in saying "look I'd like to attend but I'm not comfortable with this requirement. Would you be willing to increase it to 50%?"

"Going to this school is not feasible without some reasonable assurance of maintaining this scholy"

then you have nothing to lose by asking that they eliminate the GPA requirement

It's a scam. Do not assume how you will perform in law school. Fucking stupid.

On a vaguely-related tangent, though, going to TEH BEST SKOOL U CAN GET INTO and getting medianpwned with six figure debt is pretty shitty.

True. Full rides without GPA requirements is the only way I'd go to law school now.
