I constantly hear stories from older lawyers who talk about this profession has gone to shit, how they used to sppend days leisurely researchin issues in books, how it used to take two days to get out a letter due to dictation, typing etc. How there was so much less shit work because the important stuff took time. Instantaneous communication and research created an urgency that never existed before and a need to fill time with bullshit. Now, the law just sucks fucking dick.
