That the Right Honourable Messrs. Neil of Swindon and WBA do hereby agree to the entry into and formation of a Gentlemen's Wager, and to be bound thereto to the fulleft extent of the Laws of the goode city of Philadelphia and those of our revered Nation. Upon the releafe of firft-semefter law school grades from the reknowned Univerfity of Pennfylvania Law School (J. Wilfon, Proprietor), Messrs. Neil and WBA fhall at once compare their refpective marks in the four graded courfes, and whichever of the two shall be found to pofsess the higher grade-point-average on a ftandard 4.0 scale fhall be declared immediately the Lofer, and fhall deliver to the victorious party the terms of the wager. For the Terms of this wager fhall be as follows: Messr. Neil of Swindon hath procured, at great expenfe and penalty of mifdemeanor, a rare Helmet Headlight ftolen from the locker and living abode of Messr. Great Teacher Onisuka. For his part, Messr. WBA fhall offer a Life-Size and printed reproduction of the hallowed Philadelphia document, our country's Declaration of Independence, to be purchafed forthwith from the Univerfity Book-ftore.

Upon the fuccefsful termination of this wager, notice fhall be pofted in all necefsary places fufficient to provide the Auto-Admit community of the identity of the Victorious and hereforth Unemployable Winner.
