Basically, in a phrase, this sums up the entire pyschology and neurosis of competing for grades in law school. From this comes all the competing schools of thought, the mystisicm of briefing versus book briefing, exam prep skillz, etc.
If only we could find that Shaolin Buddha Finger. |

It's clear that the great nations of the world should launch an extensive military campaign to find it, because, if the Indiana Jones movies have taught me anything, it's that the Germans are *heavily* invested in finding these sorts of mystical artifacts. And they don't have the best intentions at heart when they find them, if you catch my drift. |
