There are a ton of statistics backing that generalization up - google them. Compare the rate of genital herpes in American black women age 18-35 with American white women of the same age. Hint: half of black women have it, much less than half of white women have it. How is genital herpes spread?
I think you're probably right that abortion is more socially accepted in the white community and that plays into this, but I think you're only painting half of the picture when you fail to mention that single parenthood is also more socially accepted in the black community and instead chalk it up to a deep-seated love for Jesus Christ. |

after the kiffin burn, i'm not sure anyone at UT feels like that risk doesn't exist, especially given the history. what i will say, is that dooley is lightyears ahead of kiffin in the morals/ethics department, and i think if he does leave, it will be under more accetable circumstances and with more consideration for the school, team and players he'll leave behind. that said, i think dooley could become a lifer at UT. he's young and he's got the change to mold a historically significant football powerhouse into his own baby. if he can pull off a comeback, he'll be a demigod in knoxville. every incentive will be created to make him want to stay. |
