Blondielaw has a message for everyone

There has been a lot of misinformation out there and she wants that to stop. This is a direct quote from her: "I do not want to be tied to any "sock puppets" because i don't have any and don't want to be responsible for anything they have posted over the years.
She also mentions that they have the guac story partically wrong.
She says:
"We did ask to split the bill but WE paid for EARL's guac and didn't bitch about it at the restaurant. Earl is the one who brought it up on xo. I didn't do a dine and dash, I wanted to see how ppl would react to confirm that xo is a dump because I had already made up my mind to retire, hence the retirement thread. If someone else had claimed to have done this, they would have been cool."
She also thinks that it is funny how earl got into a heated debate over dinner concerning weed legalization with her husband. Instead of arguing his point, he ran to the board the very next day and started a thread about "conlaw question about weed legalization." He then made up arguments and called my husband "shitlaw steve". All of this so some xo aspies can make him feel important and validate his argument. What is even funnier is that when they got to the malibu house, the guy who was an experienced criminal defense attorney agreed with blondie and her husband, not earl's points. And what is even funnier is that earl just sat there and didn't say shit.
Yes she read that thread about how her husband "doesn't like xoxoers" and that is partially true. After meeting them, her husband was like, "these people are retarded and I think you are wasting you are time on there."
"He didn't say I can't go on xo, he just said that it's not in my best interest"

Earl was making fun of whokebe being some loser dood who claimed to have played basketball with earl back in his NYU days but earl didn't remember him at all" |

Then I discussed it at dinner with her husband and realized that Blondie was parroting her husbands arguments. The way her husband discusses things does not really invite polite back and forth so I followed up on the board. When I mentioned shitlaw steve the first time, I did not say it was her husband (I think). I didn't say anything mean about her either. I did think that because they represent medical weed dispensaries they would be more likely to troll against open legalization.
Later I spoke to lisa rowe's friend who has more expertise in the matter than the rest of us combined and he explained it in a way that made sense to me, though I am still not sure he is correct. Not sure why it's bad for me to avoid getting into arguments in person with people. |

I got into a discussion with shitlaw "steve" and blondie last night about the proposition legalizing weed in CA.
they were absolutely convinced that the courts will throw out the prop because of the conflict with federal law and no medical exemption for its citizens, blah blah.
I dont see the conflict with federal law - obviously it stays illegal federally but since when does pre emption force a state to criminalize anything.
I can see any laws trying to regulate or tax weed being pre empted, but to the extent the proposition itself just removes the crime from the books, I dont understand how the federal government can do anything about it unless it ties funding after the fact.

I got into a discussion with shitlaw "steve" and blondie last night about the proposition legalizing weed in CA.
they were absolutely convinced that the courts will throw out the prop because of the conflict with federal law and no medical exemption for its citizens, blah blah.
I dont see the conflict with federal law - obviously it stays illegal federally but since when does pre emption force a state to criminalize anything.
I can see any laws trying to regulate or tax weed being pre empted, but to the extent the proposition itself just removes the crime from the books, I dont understand how the federal government can do anything about it unless it ties funding after the fact.

What is even funnier is that when they got to the malibu house, the guy who was an experienced criminal defense attorney agreed with blondie and her husband, not earl's points. And what is even funnier is that earl just sat there and didn't say shit.
Yes she read that thread about how her husband "doesn't like xoxoers" and that is partially true. After meeting them, her husband was like, "these people are retarded and I think you are wasting you are time on there."

I got into a discussion with shitlaw "steve" and blondie last night about the proposition legalizing weed in CA.
they were absolutely convinced that the courts will throw out the prop because of the conflict with federal law and no medical exemption for its citizens, blah blah.
I dont see the conflict with federal law - obviously it stays illegal federally but since when does pre emption force a state to criminalize anything.
I can see any laws trying to regulate or tax weed being pre empted, but to the extent the proposition itself just removes the crime from the books, I dont understand how the federal government can do anything about it unless it ties funding after the fact.
