I have an interview with them in less than a month (I am 3L) but I don't even know what they do or why they are interviewing law students?
I know my chances aren't great already but I do have a tax background and I will take any jerrrb I can get...

Well, my "tax" background consisted of working for two different CPAs before going to law school in addition to a summer legal job working for a county government, often dealing with tax issues.
I signed up for the interview via OCI and made a cover letter that stated I was interested in Tax. I am aware that PWC is a Big 4 Accounting firm, but I am unsure what exactly their legal department does. I am interviewing for an "Associate" position.
I know that I probably do not have a good shot at the job anyways, but I am just wondering if anyone here has any experience A) interviewing with Pricewaterhouse or B) knows anyone who worked there.
