The biggest nigs on my football team (and i'm talking 6'7'' 300 lbs) were curling 185 for like 6-8 reps and that's after showing off and shit. The trainers would've screamed at them for doing that.
And the 550 bench! Maybe one or 2 guys could've done that. I maxed at 385 lbs in college and I'd destroy any kid in high school with the exception of compton or maybe some large texas hick. |
