Any big alabama M&A involves a real biglaw firm outside the state. My experience is Alabama attorneys really work 9-6 whereas some other "biglaw" southern firms like the ones in atl or bass berry in TN work closer to real hours.
Also you are spot on with respect to being a good ole boy. Northerners need not apply. Mississippians are considered foreigners in Alabama. |
