the also billed substantive hours without a ton of shitpadding, shined on a few projects, and most likely had one or more existing partners take a liking to them beyond their work product for whatever reason. |

As far as I can tell, he's reasonably social, very very smart, perfectly focused and aims to work 60 hrs/week. |
