What is a good ratio of interviews to job OFFERS?

Date: April 24th, 2012 11:32 PM Author: bonkers know-it-all new version yarmulke I've gotten like five solid interviews in the last month. One has already rejected me. Two have not told me anything yet, but at best I'll get a call back for an interview with the GC or higher level person.
And I have two more ints in the next week.
I suck at life in general so it's possible I will blow ALL five of these interviews. Is that pathetic, even in this economy? |

Then I literally had a phone interview with the inhouse guy, a second phone interview more indepth, then I think a third phone interview, then a inperson interview with two more ppl, then anotehr interview with teh GC of the company.. this took over 3 months and then...
they rejected my ass. hired a blond with less expereince. |

so far ive interviewed for one temp inhouse position, one SHITLAW position that rejected me, two corporate positions related to law but non-JD technically, and one perm inhouse position
but yeah, all these jobs are just fuckturds.. they know they can take their time and that ppl are desparate and they can pick whoever they want.. i assume hot girls and white frat boys with connections are doing well |

it pisses me off the most when you interview and then never hear from them again. I've had this happen even on second/third round interviews where they have you meet the entire dept and do all kinds of other stupid crap and they still won't bother to take 15 seconds to type an email and tell you that you didn't get it. |
