Go to store, purchase a 2.5 or 3 pound roast, must be beef, can be shoulder, round chuck whatever the fuck. Also buy some faggot rolls, can be "French hamburger," weck or onion. Throw some horseradish root, four tomatoes (I prefer ugly ripe CAUSE THEY ARE GODDAMN DELICIOUS) into the buggy. Also sour cream mayo and Greek yogurt. I am assuming you have shot like garlic thyme Rosemary and olive oil at your fucking house.

Get home. Salt and pepper the fuck out of that roast. Heat iron skillet on medium high with some olive oil in in. At the same time preheat the oven to 375. SEAR THE FUCK OUT OF THAT ROAST ON ALL SIDES. About ten minutes total. Take roast out of pan and drain oil.

In the meantime mix 2 tbsps of olive oil, I tbsp mustard powder, I tbsp thyme, Rosemary and basil, 2 tsps each of salt and pepper (I PREFER WHITE PEPPER CAUSE IT'S A LITTLE HOTTER) and a dash of ginger into an oily pasty mess. Put the goddamn roast back in the large iron skillet. PAINT IT WITH THAT GROSS LOOKING PASTE YOU JUST MADE REAL GOOD LIKE. Put the skillet in the oven. Set timer for 35 minutes.

Hard parts over, but still got work to do. Dice 3 cloves of garlic, put in medium bowl. Grate one half a cup horseradish into same bowl. Dice the FUCK out of five scallions GREEN PART TOO FAGGOT. Add 2 tsps apple cider vinegar and 1/4 cup each of Greek yogurt, mayo and sour cream. MIX THIS SHIT UP. put in fridge.

Butter and toast rolls. Slice tomatoes. Take roast out when timer goes off and let settle for ten minutes. ASSEMBLE THE FUCKING SANDWICH. To do this put two thick slice of tomatoe on bottom. Load up with medium rare beef and generously coat with the horseradish, etc mixture on top bun.

YOU HAVE TO THIN SLICE THE FUCKING BEEF BEFORE IT GOES ON THE FUCKING SAMMICH.
