All the Persians i've met have been living in LA. Probably more like 45. Could be an LA Persian thing, but they have the most reprehensible culture to someone with an Anglo/American background. No, the SCOTUS should stand up for fairness and look into the matter more closely and see whether justice is done in the case. Here, the guy was emotionally disturbed. Expert testimony should have been conclusive unless rebutted by other expert testimony. The prosecutor's evidence in rebuttal was not convincing at all.
That is just my impression from reading the case just now. Thanks for the heads up. |
