Taking vacation with some college friends until 3 days before the MPRE. I will study my ass off all 3 days if necessary (but I will be hungover one of those days). What study materials should I get? Is Kaplan's free online course any good? |

Just honestly answer the questions using your intuition of what is fair. And just do the practice exams at the end of the barbri MPRE booklet. |

Notwithstanding above, I think originalism is not a bad theory--better than some "evolving" bullshit. However, I do think some judges (Thomas) can stretch it a little bit far. |
