Anyone break a 150 on the simulated MBE?

That one property question with the boundaries/directions was really odd. I didn't stick around for today's and yesterday's explanation class to get to the 1/4 I got wrong. How do yuo do that property question? I think it's #185. |

I think the explanation in the back of the test book is pretty clear. Like, the first one says proceed south 45 degrees east 200 feet. That would be 45 degrees east of south, or southeast, so draw a line about 2 in long to the southeast. Then, south 45 degrees west 100 feet. So, that would be a line about 1 in long to the southwest.
