I haven't seen any scores posted yet. I got a 143. Passing in Florida, and decent considering my lack of diligent effort, but pretty good. Anyone get higher? RWA?

That one property question with the boundaries/directions was really odd. I didn't stick around for today's and yesterday's explanation class to get to the 1/4 I got wrong. How do yuo do that property question? I think it's #185.

I got killed in the morning section; like a 60. I think I'm not used to thinking at 9AM. I just found out I can't bring coffee or food into the test.

They explain that in PMBR. Its really simple actually. You just draw the border pursuant to the guidelines and then figure out where they f'ed up.

Yeah, that one was just weird because I was wondering if there was some law there that I wasn't picking up on. I left it until the end and gave the geometry answer, but I was wondering if there was something about it I was missing.

I got 132, Rowan got 134, DLX got 141. I haven't been studying as much as you (you did PMBR early), but congrats! I have a good MBE thread ..check it out.

The metes and bounds question rules. I guess I'm a math question. You need to draw a diagram.

164. I did better than 99% of the people that took the test. Yay me. Apparently that property question is on every exam, even though it normally makes a square.

It is actually really easy if you just know how to read it. I think the explanation in the back of the test book is pretty clear. Like, the first one says proceed south 45 degrees east 200 feet. That would be 45 degrees east of south, or southeast, so draw a line about 2 in long to the southeast. Then, south 45 degrees west 100 feet. So, that would be a line about 1 in long to the southwest. Etc.

i'm sure it's not rocket science, but it's time consuming. you have to carefully read the specs, draw the map, go back to the answer choices, etc. with 1.8 minutes/question, i'd rather cut my losses. i'll just guess B and use the time to scratch my head about RAP.

Agreed- that question took about 20 sec. to figure out once I got over the shock of seeing something so unexpected. Draw a little map- you know what direction is west, northwest, etc. It's really easy- just try it.
