This shit ain't rocket science breh.

1. You probably eat like shit. Knock it off, fatty. Lean meat, veggies, fruits. All you fucking want. You don't have to be hungry, but no simple sugars, potatoes, pastas, or any shit like that should pass your lips. And take it easy on the booze, saddlebags.

2. Run three days a week. Just start with as much as you can do even if it's at a 10 min/mile pace. Work up til you can go for 4 miles or so. Then start alternating workouts w/ speed (400's, 800's) and middle distance. No need to go more than 4 or so miles at a time at this point.

3. Lift three days a week. Hit some bench, some OHP, some pullups, and some squats. After a few weeks work in some DL's.

That's it. No need to be a lazy, sloppy tub of shit bro.

That means you will burn fat even while you're resting between workouts.

Do NOT fast. That will destroy your muscle.

Treadmill and cardio in general is a MARKETING gimmick to get MOAR people to buy gym memberships (and videos, in the old days), especially people who are intimidated by weightlifting, i.e., women.

It's a vicious UPWARD cycle.

Just don't overtrain... Gotta give your body time to recover and build DAT MUSCLE between workouts.
