I haven't gotten a 100% grandslam case but have 4-5 now that I really believe are above average at the very least and then a few shit ones that still probably will pay at least something in the end. |

and you REALLY should assert one if your client has other creditors, or else they'll be able to satisfy their debts before you do. you really should look at your state's statute. a lot of them let attorneys get paid before a prior perfected security interest. |

also, expenses/deductions get much less IRS scrutiny on s-corp returns than they do when reported by an individual on schedule C, so he can be more aggressive in knocking his income down. |
