first, median hbs gpa is now 3.7. second, hbs students had serious accomplishments in work, leadership, extracurriculars, etc. they're not some aspie asians who just crunch numbers all day and go to STEM Phd programs. |

HUG is respected because it takes otherwise HS kids and turns them into the most sought after entry-level people in the world, HBS takes already successful people and keeps them successful. People who get into HBS off some weird alternative track like shitconsulting or TFA don't come out of HBS with spectacular options.
