Better question: Why am I not getting any stronger?

Date: May 23rd, 2013 4:01 PM Author: exhilarant hospital police squad I don't understand why I don't get stronger. I eat like 150 grams of protein a day on average. Am 6'4" 200 lbs.
But I'm weak as shit for my size compared to people on this board. I lift 3 days a week, 1st day chest and arms, 2nd day, back and shoulders and 3rd day legs. Probably have been doing this for 3-4 months consistently and literally am no stronger than when I started.

But, basically every week or two weeks add at least 5 pounds (on each side of bar) to your last set from where you were the previous week and if that means you can only get 3/5 on last set, so be it.

you will get used to lifting the additional weight, it will also make the lower weight you did the previous week seem much easier. |
