I've never known anyone who went to HMS (other than my granfather), they are that rare, and coveted. |

no, of course it's not harder. I just think that HBS is selecting for different criteria from HMS and that XO people are way too dismissive of how hard it is to get into HBS. I think the MEDIAN HMS student is more impressive than the median HBS because the latter accepts a lot of weaker minorities, women, and rich international types. but I think the top 10% at HBS is more accomplished overall than top 10% at HMS. |
