The mid-year release chips are frankly disappointing and are basically overclocked versions of that last models. Q4 will see impressive stuff but even then we are looking at 10-15% per core performance bumps -- nothing major. Would like to see more Thunderbolt peripheral and 4k monitors. Wouldnt buy anything without Thunderbolt 4k support.
