All my fat goes to gut. Looks bad. Prolly need to drop 30lbs.
My buddy has me on this kind of work out.
What do you think?
On Tuesday I did 4 sets of:
1).2 on treadmill at 6 speed and 3 incline
2)10 pushups
3)10 thrusters (20lb dumbbell in each hand)
4)10 rows (5lb dumbbell in each hand)
On Wed I did 4 sets of:
1)same
2)same
3)15 jumps on the shortest box
4)10 squats just using 45lb bar
AFter both times I was very winded.
Today I'm doing something similar.
Is this gonna work?

Interesting strategy: LIIT.
u need to up the intensity brother but u can do it. SPRINTS. Heavier squats. Heavier rows.

Ok. I know what I described is very EZ for ppl that work out and maybe even many that don't but I'm worn out afterwards.

brother, i'll probably get shit from the lifting crew but heres what worked for me: pullups and sprints
do as manypullups as you can. now I do them until I get 60 wide grip pullups and 60 narrow-grip chin-ups. you can do way less.
then I do 10x200m sprints, with about 1-3 minutes of rest in between. you can do way less
I eat a salad with feta cheese and chicken for lunch every weekdsy, a 16oz whole milk after every workout, eat a shitload of protein for dinner, and greek yogurt and fruit before I go to bed

Ultimately, I want to get in great shape so I can attract hotter chicks.
It seems to me through experience that this beer gut is a real turn off to women. Like I lose the deal at first sight.
