Now, it might be that you had great schooling and maximized your potential, and that with "only" a 130-135 IQ you managed somehow to score a 1550, but that's unlikely. You probably have an IQ in excess of 140, and certainly over 130. By the way, XO needs to stop acting like such IQs are soooo rare. They're not amongst professional people. |

the SAT was originally designed as a proxy for IQ, such that a 1000 was roughly equivalent to a 100 IQ, a 1200 to a 120, etc.
the test has been re-normed and target populations changed, so it's no longer a 10:1 exact conversion, but it was fairly accurate until the most recent changes in the mid-2000s. |

Oh I definitely am not claiming I'm dumb (which you'd see if you read above), but I'm not going to care about my IQ score, put stock in some online conversion chart from "IQ comparison site" or brag about my IQ if it is that high.
Half of the people on this site know your IQ. I think that says more about you than it does about them. |
