Turns out the perpetrator who struck fear into the hearts of UCLA coeds was a Chinese guy, a doctorate student studying chemistry and biochemistry. The suspect caught is Pencheng Bao. His reign of terror at UCLA is over and coeds can walk alone without a pervy Asian guy targeting them! |
