is it foolish to get a water cooler if i'm not going to overclock?

is there really much of a noise difference?

ordered a new 1000w psu bc my new 900 was defective (tested my old 700w one to make sure the psu was at fault)
took about 6 hours to install the loop, next time i do it will be much faster im guessing |

how did i boost my score? maxed out my pump speed, updated mobo bios to newest version, turned OFF amd optimized tessellation in adrenalin (weird, i know)
