Oddly enough, Auburn IS in the SEC West. You also realize if the B1G played 8 conference game instead of 9 (SEC plays 8), then Ohio State wouldn't have had to play Iowa and they'd be 12-1 and in the Playoffs. |

To some degree USC and UCF fans could make arguments before their bowl games. Bamas schedule was really pathetic. Their best win was over #17 LSU (now unranked after losing their bowl game), a team that lost at home during homecoming to Sunbelt opponent Troy...I mean come on. They also got their asses fucked the only time they had to play a team with a pulse (Auburn). Ohio State did get the shit beaten out of them, but every year prior to this, the committee said they cared more about who you beat than who you lost to, and the Buckeyes had at least 3 wins much more impressive than any of Bamas to go along with a TTT as fuck loss and an early season loss to #2, while Bama not only got shitkicked BUT lost late which in every other year = DONE HERE. It's like they made up new rules just to let Bama in.
What makes the least sense is going into CCG weekend the committee said the difference between Bama and the Bucks was "razor thin."During CCG week, the Bucks beat #4 undefeated Wisco and strengthened their resume, Bama stayed home jacking off. Somehow this moved the committee from "razor thin," to "bama was clearly stronger." LOL at this GC fraud. |
