If in Paul's times an ordinary abuse of the Supper could kindle the wrath of God against the Corinthians, so that he punished them thus severely, what ought we to think as to the state of matters at the present day? We see, throughout the whole extent of Popery, not merely horrid profanations of the Supper, but even a sacrilegious abomination set up in its room.
In the first place, it is prostituted to filthy lucre (I Timothy 3:8) and merchandise.
Secondly, it is maimed, by taking away the use of the cup.
Thirdly, it is changed into another aspect, by its having become customary for one to partake of his own feast separately, participation being done away.
Fourthly, there is there no explanation of the meaning of the sacrament, but a mumbling that would accord better with a magical incantation, or the detestable sacrifices of the Gentiles, than with our Lord's institution.
Fifthly, there is an endless number of ceremonies, abounding partly with trifles, partly with superstition, and consequently manifest pollutions.
Sixthly, there is the diabolical invention of sacrifice, which contains an impious blasphemy against the death of Christ.
Seventhly, it is fitted to intoxicate miserable men with carnal confidence, while they present it to God as if it were an expiation, and think that by this charm they drive off everything hurtful, and that without faith and repentance. Nay more, while they trust that they are armed against the devil and death, and are fortified against God by a sure defence, they venture to sin with much more freedom, and become more obstinate.
Eighthly, an idol is there adored in the room of Christ.
In short, it is filled with all kinds of abomination
(John Calvin, Comm. on I Cor. 11:30).

1) scripture
2) St. Cyril of Jerusalem and pretty much every catholic scholar for 1.3k years disagrees with you, clearly. The language couldn’t be more clear, traditions taught by word of mouth. LXX is a Greek translation
Edit:
If you don’t even believe Paul wrote his letters then you may want to check yourself

Don't understand 1), if the "by letter" refers to scripture then there's no problem, notice he doesn't say "by papal bull"
2) quote? many of the fathers could be read to support sola scriptura
3) if God is the ultimate author, why does your belief hedge on the human being he chose to write his word; for 2 Thess. there's evidence both for and against Pauline authorship; some letters it's almost certain he did not write (Pastoral Letters and Ephesians)

1) he says to heed the teaching passed by word of mouth. Why would he say that if “scripture alone” was adequate
2)just as the mustard seed in one small grain contains many branches, so also this Faith has embraced in few words all the knowledge of godliness in the Old and New Testament. Take heed then, brethren, hold fastthe traditions which you now receive, and write them on the table of your heart”
St. John Chrysostom “not by letters alone did Paul instruct his disciple on duty, but before by words also which he shows, both in many other passages, as where he says, whether by word or our Epistle Thessalonians 2:15, and espicaly here. Let us not suppose that anything relating to doctrine was spoken imperfectly. For many things he delivered to him without writing”

1) because a) the Bible wasn't yet complete and/or canonized b) most people were too illiterate and poor to have a "Bible" and so whatever was being taught would have closely resembled the Bible c) scripture alone doesn't mean "the Bible is adequate" preaching is unquestionably necessary but it must be based from the Bible
2) “If custom is to be taken in proof of what is right, then it is certainly competent for me to put forward on my side the custom which obtains here. If they reject this, we are clearly not bound to follow them. Therefore let God-inspired Scripture decide between us; and on whichever side be found doctrines in harmony with the word of God, in favour of that side will be cast the vote of truth” - Basil
“Regarding the things I say, I should supply even the proofs, so I will not seem to rely on my own opinions, but rather, prove them with Scripture, so that the matter will remain certain and steadfast” - John Chrysostom

1) a/b) the Bible doesn’t even attempt to document EVERY tradition passed down by peter. If these illiterates were learning from both scripture and the tradition then in that case they were more spiritually educated than the modern Protestant.
C) you really think the intention was for the 45 different brand of Methodist or w/e to be interpreting the Bible in different ways? Most of the theology in these Protestant churches is led by individual pastors with no grounding in tradition and many with questionable credentials at best. There’s no source of “truth” in Protestantism. It’s pure subjectivism like modern liberalism
2) tradition is not taken to be “right” just because it is tradition. But Protestant’s ignoring inspired tradition given to us by the apostles, in so far as it does not contradict scripture, takes this out of context

1) a/b - correct, because not every tradition is the infallible authority of God; tradition can be useful but it isn't dogma
c - terrible argument, the Bible itself says the majority of people will have incorrect teachings so I EXPECT that you have alot of people spouting nonsense
2) actually that's exactly what the Catholic church teaches about tradition

79 The Father's self-communication made through his Word in the Holy Spirit, remains present and active in the Church: "God, who spoke in the past, continues to converse with the Spouse of his beloved Son. And the Holy Spirit, through whom the living voice of the Gospel rings out in the Church - and through her in the world - leads believers to the full truth, and makes the Word of Christ dwell in them in all its richness."39

And when He had entered into Capharnaum, there came to Him a centurion beseeching Him, and saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, and is grievously tormented. And Jesus saith to him, I will come and heal him. And the centurion making answer, said, Lord, I am not worthy that Thou shouldst enter under my roof: but only say the word, and my servant shall be healed. For I also am a man subject to authority, having under me soldiers: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth: and to another, Come, and he cometh: and to my servant, Do this, and he doth it. And Jesus hearing this, marvelled; and said to them that followed him, Amen I say to you, I have not found so great faith in Israel. And I say to you, that many shall come from the east and the west, and shall sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven; but the children of the kingdom shall be cast into the exterior darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. And Jesus said to the centurion, Go, and as thou hast believed, so be it done to thee: and the servant was healed at the same hour.
