pddj recently returned a couple jackets or something to nordy and they said they processed the return and sent her confirmation. it's been 2 wks and the credit hasnt been received on my amex. called today. they dont know and need to submit a request to the 'research team.' it's nordstrom and they'll take care of it eventually, but a colossal waste of time. |

We either have to drive it to the dump (free, but a hassle) or throw it into our old apartment's dumpster at night. Also have a pile of boxes sitting around prior to recycling day. Worst is Amazon when you order 7 things and you get 5 different boxes: One with deodorant, one with face wash, bar soap spread across two boxes, etc.
If we could just drag our garbage to the street and it didn't have to be in a bin, it wouldn't bother me. |

for clothing (especially women), online shopping is a colossal waste of time. much more efficient to go to the department store and try everything on and pick something.
pddj will order a bunch of shit from nordstrom, then we have a bunch of boxes piled up in the living room. then she'll try it on and not like any of it. then we have to deal with returning it all and keeping track of the returns. then she'll order a bunch of new shit, and the cycle repeats.
much easier to spend a sunday afternoon at nordstrom. |

For clothes and stuff, inventory in physical stores are always worse (none in this size or whatever) and often sales are online only (like gap/br often has extra 40% online only, not available in store). Why the fuck wouldn’t I shop online for the discount.
Also browsing physical store for items is a lot more time consuming then browsing online at any point during the day.
