But my god who is gonna pay for this garbage. News+ is kind of interesting? In that it’s an all in one subscription. Card is garbage, I predict it will briefly be a status symbol and then too many people will have it like CSR. The TV and video game shit seems dumb. |

apple wants to steal that 2% fee from Visa and Mastercard.
since everyone uses apple pay or buys shit from their apple phones, the apple card which is built into your IOS device will save you valuable time because you wont need to enter your security code, and I am sure some other interface will make it slightly easier to pay for shit with apple card than other cards.
That laziness is enough to cause probably 20% of people to just use the apple card to pay for everything. Sure the apple card has terrible rewards, but apple consumers are not the most savvy and bargain conscious group.
And that is why we have antitrust laws. |

Then of course the 5% back Amazon credit card for Amazon.com and Whole Foods
Then there are the travel cards (I have the Delta Gold American Express).
Then there are the Chase Freedom/Discover Card that have a rotating 5% cash back for every quarter
Then you can stack with Samsung Pay rewards for a lot of stuff |
