I give it a 0% chance that it meant anything other that what we think it meant.

People are mad - and I mean angry - about the rioting. Nobody in SC had anything to do with this, SC is a high diversity state that has had some major issues lately that were dealt with (Dylan Roof, Walter Scott) but we've gotten past them. Then this, which nobody in SC had anything to do with, and the fact that there was rioting and real damage really angered people. It angered me. So I get it, how long are you going to put up with this madness silently.
