"White fragility," "white silence," and, to a lesser extent "white complicity," are three concepts that have made their ways explicitly from academia into mainstream discourse. Here are two more that are coming, and it should worry you:

"White comfort" and "white equilibrium."

"White comfort" is more significant and simple and will mainstream first and furthest. In the words of Robin DiAngelo, who wrote White Fragility, "the racial status quo is comfortable for most whites, and therefore anything that maintains white comfort is suspect."

"White equilibrium" is similar, though the concept is a little more abstract than "white comfort." It's the idea that white people need to maintain the equilibrium where they feel safe and comfortable, which means a "white supremacist system."
