I asked the board's admins to consider taking down my person info, photos, etc. They refused. I wrote about it. When the message board's owners were publicly identified and one lost his job, I was blamed.
It was an AutoAdmit poster who found out where I was studying for the Bar, and (clearly having a mental break) started ranting about how I had ruined his life. I thought for sure he was going to punch me (I luckily talked him down).

Give it to them the next meal, etc. Eventually they get hungry enough, blah, blah, blah. I can see making a stand with your kid's food at home, but in a restaurant? I am trying to enjoy myself as best I can while dining with little kids. That means not getting into a struggle over them eating something "adult"-- just give them chicken fingers or buttered noodles.

When they get in a mood it can be horrible even if we mostly follow that advice. And you don't want it to happen in a restaurant so you get them some sliced chicken. |

Regarding the substance: Sometimes kids just want the shitty kids pizza. Other times they want something off the adult menu. This shouldn’t be an issue.
One thing she is blind to is that not everyone can afford the $16 adult chicken parm for each kid and the $5 spaghetti with a free juice and scoop of iced cream is the difference between going out once per month and twice per month. |
