This angered many current and incoming students, and caused a locker shortage ultimately provoking the Student Bar Association to recommend GW students purchase "wheelie bags," or suitcases typically wheeled through airports. |

Seeing as the webpage says 770 and you can get the number of students in the previous class, I believe that the answer is yes.
