People on Quora were obsessed with him in 2015 because he reverse engineered their "people rank" had got a ridiculous percentage of people to read his contribs. He seems to have faded into irrelevance since he got banned. |

I used to follow his arc in the 2010s and had my friend code up a text analyzer. I only found 3 accounts on Quora that were him and the other 2 had <10 posts. |

I don't know that he was "followed IRL" but that kind of shit does happen to people for lesser offenses than his. |
