tinder will warn you after X number of reports, then outright ban you after Y number of reports. until earlier this year, tinder let you re-register as long as you got a new phone number. so basically you could just reset your # and you were good to go.

now they collect your device ID/IMEI # and so you have to literally get a new phone, new number, and stay on mobile data only, as tinder cannot ban mobile data obviously

Secondly, after my ban, my wife made a tinder on her phone. It had our pics on it and my wife's profile clearly said she was my wife and her husband was looking for a 2nd wife to join our family. Not looking for 3somes. We matched some talked to some girls. Within 1 week randomly banned. Must have been enough girls got upset at the profile that they reported it.
