First, the beginning:

"FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS

1. On November 26, 2002, the plaintiff's wife did state to him that she was going to have him committed."

19. During the first few weeks at Loyola the plaintiff had arrived for a class early. Another student, a young woman, had also entered the class early and was seated directly in front of the plaintiff approximately three rows up. The young woman was playing with her hair while the plaintiff was fiddling with his glasses. The plaintiff accidentally broke his glasses and the young woman turned around to look at him. Thereafter, for a period of several days, young women would look at the plaintiff and start fiddling with their hair, and some men would also.

9. During this same time, the plaintiff visited Mr. Fred DeFrancesh, as he had done once or twice during the events at LSU Law. Mr. DeFrancesh did state the following:

(A) "I thought about having someone's balls cut off but decided to have their legs broken instead." The plaintiff did find this statement chilling.

38. The plaintiff asserts that Kathleen Breaux was making an inference that the plaintiff was desirous of sex with children. This inference was extremely emotionally distressing to the plaintiff as per allegations currently in dispute before the 19th Judicial District Court, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Case Number 505,621. The plaintiff had been falsely accused by the Defendant in that case, Victoria Renee Monier (McDaniel) of Ville Platte, Louisiana, of being desirous of sex with children, and this false accusation was spread through the community.

72. On October 1, 2002 the plaintiff's wife did start an argument with him, did unload the dishwasher on the floor consequently breaking those dishes, etc., and then threw a fresh poured cup of coffee at the plaintiff's back, giving him second degree burns. The plaintiff did call 911 and the second of two officers that responded did threaten to take the plaintiff away.

74. At Loyola Law School, the plaintiff, in an attempt to make light of a bad situation, played a practical joke on Lawrence Moore on or about October 15, 2002. This joke consisted of merely leaving a cage that contained a gerbil, with a short piece of tubing attached to the top of the cage. This assembly of cage, gerbil, and insertion device, was left in the Pine Street Cafe, a Loyola Law building across the street from the law school proper.

105. After about three weekends of going to the Balcony, and believing he was being more or less accepted as not a 'nut', the plaintiff ran another test. The plaintiff did pull up across the street from Loyola Law School with a hand painted sign, addressed to no one in particular, and not bearing anything facially obscene, a toy mechanical dancing gerbil, and a 6" long by 4" in diameter piece of steel pipe. After about 10 minutes Campus security arrived and positioned themselves across the street from the plaintiff. After a few minutes of banter with an Officer in which the plaintiff told the officer when the plaintiff came back, the plaintiff would have coffee and donuts for them, the plaintiff left. The plaintiff then left and went to 1931 State St., not far from the school, where he was building a fence.

112. Around or about the beginning of May the plaintiff did notice a billboard along the side of I-10 east, west of Baton Rouge, concerning the search for a purported serial killer. On this billboard was a reasonable likeness of the Plaintiff. Thereafter, within a few days, the plaintiff went to LSU Law and did look at, and did photocopy, the yearbook page that contained his photograph. The rendition of the person on the billboard was a match for the plaintiff with the exception that the person on the billboard was rendered frowning.

"Does he allege the billboard was slanderous or ..."

No, I imply that some persons purposefully used my photograph to assist the police in rendering the composite. During a visit of mine to the LSU campus police, in the spring of 2003, I was having a conversation with a detective. This serial killer thing was among those things I was there to discuss. The detective wrote the name "John J. Costonis" on the sheet of paper that I had brought and slid it to me.

Get this straight:

(A) The Louisiana State police did come to my home in relation to these serial murders.

(B) I had not gone within 40 miles of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, from early December, 2000 until about October 15, 2002.

So there lawyer wannabe's, put those facts together.
